Three-Day Workshop with Ximena Echagüe

7-8-9 March 2025

SANREMO, ITALY

Join us in a three-day photography workshop where you'll explore new ways to tell stories through images. Immerse yourself in creative practice and reflection, while refining both your editing techniques and your ability to narrate visually.

Each participant will submit a series of 6 to 8 images beforehand that convey a coherent story—whether through light, characters, or situations. Based on your submission, Ximena Echagüe will guide you in shaping the story you'll aim to capture during the workshop.

Day 1: 9am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Personal Introductions.

• Review, analysis, and constructive feedback on the image series submitted by each participant.

• Ximena Echagüe will provide personalized guidance based on the strengths and areas for improvement in each submission, helping participants identify the visual narrative they can develop from their work.

• Outdoor photography session.

Day 2: 9am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Review of the images captured on Day 1.

• Begin the editing process to uncover each participant's potential narrative.

• Outdoor photography session to capture additional elements that will enhance the story, building on the insights gained during the morning session.

Day 3: 9am to 7pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Review of the images captured on Day 2, followed by another outdoor session if needed to further develop the story.

• Editing of preselected images from each participant, focusing on crafting a cohesive visual narrative of 10 to 15 images.

• Together, we will build an engaging photographic story, exploring and bringing out the best in each participant’s unique vision, with personalized guidance and feedback from Ximena Echagüe.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The price includes the three-day workshop with Ximena Echagüe.

• Meals, tickets and accommodation are not included. However, a discount is available for accommodation at the Esperia Hotel, Sanremo.

• The workshop will be conducted in English, with translation available in Italian, Spanish, and French.

• A selection of the three best photographic works created during the workshop will be featured in a photo exhibition in Sanremo.
